A multimedia reporter for the voiceless

I'm a senior at Georgia State University, studying journalism with a concentration in multimedia reporting. I aspire to be a notable Multimedia Reporter within radio. My goal as a future journalist is to use audio and visual media - together - to tell the stories of the unheard.

With a focus in culture and social justice, I find the most satisfaction in learning about and expressing the strifes and harmonies of minority groups. Highlighting their wins and creations and airing out their grievances. In turn, giving a voice to the people whose words have historically been ignored. As far as I can tell, being a journalist allows me to do that the best way I can.
